KyU Faculty Dr. Dickson Mwenda Kinyua, Department of Pure and Applied Science has been invited to a 3-month research visit at the University of Cambridge-UK from July 1 – September 30, 2022.
Kirinyaga University is excited to announce that one of our students Ngingi Elic Kimani a fourth year student pursuing Bachelor of Economics and Statistics at Kirinyaga University emerged runner up on the "Now Sprint" an online accelerator International Business competition. Mr. Kimani is an entrepreneur running Tumakin Services Kenya, an online logistics company.
Prof Pius Odunga of the School of Business and Education, Kirinyaga University has been invited to undertake Economic Analysis of Seychelles Cruise sector on April 21-27, 2024. The meeting is organized by the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA) where he serves as a consultant in the Economic Affairs Division.
Dr. Kennedy Malanga, a faculty in the School of Pure and Applied Sciences was invited by Thomas More University to attend its 19th International Day event on March 18-22, 2024.
KyU teams that participated in League 5B comprised Hockey Women (position 4), Basketball Men (position 7), Karate Women (position 3), Karate Men (position 4), Taekwondo Men (position 3) and Taekwondo women (position 4).
