KIRINYAGA UNIVERSITY GRANTED APPROVAL TO TRAIN ASSOCIATE IN PROCUREMENT AND SUPPLY OF KENYA (APS-K) AND CERTIFIED PROCUREMENT AND SUPPLY PROFESSIONAL OF KENYA (CPSP-K) BY KENYA INSTITUTE OF SUPPLIES MANAGEMENT

This is to inform staff, students and other stakeholders that Kirinyaga University has been granted approval by Kenya Institute of Supplies management to train professionals in APS-K and CPSP-K.

Whereas CPSP-K is designed to equip learner with knowledge, practical skills and attitudes to perform duties as supply chain managers, supervisors, directors and consultants, APS-K on the other hand equips learners with knowledge, practical skills and attitudes requisite to handling operational and administrative tasks as well as processes in procurement and supply chain management.

These qualifications are highly regarded in Kenya and elsewhere in the world because of the critical role played by supply chain managers in public and private sector procurement.

We inform our students, staff and other stakeholders that KyU will be mounting these programs effective May, 2018.
